MetroparksCrossingsStudy
About the Study: NOACA and Cleveland Metroparks are undertaking a study of existing and potential Emerald Necklace trail crossings, with the goal of providing recommendations for how to improve safety and functionality for trail and roadway users. We will inventory existing crossings along the Emerald Necklace Trail, study six specific trail crossing locations in-depth, and provide recommendations to improve safety and consistency at new and existing crossings throughout the Cleveland Metroparks trail system.
