NOACA’s Executive Committee provides advice to the Executive Director and staff, reviews Agency policy documents, including the Agency's budget and Overall Work Program, and carries out specific responsibilities as delegated by the Board of Directors.
2017 Focus Areas:
- Monitor impact of structure changes on agency processes
- Ensure materials being recommended for Board approval have been thoroughly vetted through the appropriate standing committees
